I guess its springtime! Ernie's been fascinated by trees since he took walks in his infant seat, but now that he's older and able to have us walk him anywhere he likes, he's even more enamored with the giants outside. We walk, we see a tree, points and say "Tee!!! Tee!!" we divert our path toward the tree, pat the tree repeating "Teeeee. Teeee." either in celebration or recognition (we're not sure) and then declare "Daah! [done]" and move on another four steps until the cycle begins again with the next "Teee! Teee!"
And flowers. They are everywhere on our walks. Mom and Dad find all kinds of blossoms breaking forth on ground cover (sometimes known as "weeds") and tees. We can hold up to two flowers at once, and when we're asked how our flower is or if we like our pretty flower, we offer it to the questioner for smell, and laugh at how funny they look smelling a daffodil.
Ah, spring.
