| She didn't quite understand when it was time to start, so she just stood at the line as everyone else took off. Ernie ran up to her to encourage her to get moving to where Dad was waiting for her. |

| After seeing his sister off to her next running partner, Ern ran back to Mom and Walden to wait for them to come in. |

| And even though she gave everyone a head start, she still finished ahead of quite a few runners! Here she is high-fiving Nancy Furman, who's middle name may as well be "Pioneer Park" because of all she's dedicated herself to through the years. |
