Darren, Liz, and Dax all came down to meet Walden and spend some time with their Nebraska kin. I swear we had photos of more events, as it felt like we did a TON while they were here. I guess I just didn't realize I wasn't taking pictures of all of it.

Uncle Darren's first hold of Walden. This looks almost EXACTLY like the picture of the first time he saw Ernie. |
Younger cousins got to visit the Children's Museum while Ernie was at school, and they had one of Dax's favorite things parked out front! Notice Len's look of complete adoration as she's holding Aunt Liz's hand. |

Little hero. |
It was hard to get either kid to sit or stand still long enough for a picture, so this one was quite an accomplishment. |
Dax also loves trains! |
Then we moved on to see the new Cowboy exhibition Aunt Laura worked on at the Nebraska State Historical Society. Shaun, Mom, Laura, Len (with Children's Museum face paint) and Walden posted in an exhibit element Laura created. |
Dax wasn't in the mood for napping on the Nebraska clock, so he got to chase chickens while the other kids rested. |
To celebrate Len's birthday, we all went to Roca Berry Farm! We love putting our faces into cutouts. |
Len and Laura love bouncy pillows, too. |
One of the coolest additions to the farm this year, a scary dragon to welcome you to the haunted forest! |
And there was also swimming at the hotel, and Len's birthday cupcakes and presents, and some delicious hosted meals, and gosh, just general hanging out. We miss them.
