Mt. Michael Fall Festival

It was a chilly rainy day for the Mt. Michael Fall Festival this year. We wanted to show our support nonetheless. This year the midway had some pretty cool rides, and Ernie was a lot braver than he's ever been. He really wanted to ride this pirate ship, but I suspected he'd not feel as excited after it got going.
I was wrong.

After that ride he wanted to do this:

Disclaimer: I was in the bathroom with Lenora when the adult in charge (*cough*Jeremy*cough*) decided this was ok. This is why children need fathers.

And tons of inflatables. Ernie would have stayed on the midway for hours, but Lenora was not a fan. She tried one, but with all the rain everywhere she stepped a pool of water formed around her feet soaking her boots.

We all enjoyed the hayrack tour of the grounds. Especially Snuggle Puppy and Super Goonie.
