Team Scarecrow!

Aunt Laura needed to make a scarecrow for Pioneer Park's Haunted Halloween days, so we volunteered our backyard and made a toddler friend for Stanley Stuart Stevenson Straw.

Ernie liked dressing in Stanley's clothes.
Chester and Ally were just glad to have time outside to wrestle.

As you could probably guess, Lenora wanted the scarecrow we made to be her new best friend.

Didn't we do a good job?!

I had made dipped marshmallows, but Lenora liked looking and holding hers so much it took her the entire afternoon to eat just one.

Diabolical. She wasn't a very good scaresquirrel, anyway, so we put her by the playhouse later on.
